FACCs has created several innovative events and fundraising campaigns to benefit
AC&C. There are many ways that you can get involved and help save the lives of animals. The FACCs team invites you to join us and have some fun
while you support AC&C's valuable programs.
2008 Hero Awards
FACCs has created the Hero Awards to recognize and honor the impact local animals have had on human lives through truly heroic
efforts of service or personal survival. Each year several animals are recognized and awarded for
their heroic impact on Maricopa County residents. The winners are selected from
dogs and cats nominated by pet owners or people in the community. Each is judged for their heroic efforts in
acting to save or protect the life of a person, for performing services within the community, or having to
overcome their own devastating circumstances to survive.
We are now accepting nominations for our 2008 hero awards.

Businesses that wish to support Maricopa County Animal Care & Control
can make regular donations through FACCs % for Animals program.
You can elect to make the donations based on a percentage
of sales or a pre-determined amount.
If
your organization would like to participate in % for Animals,
simply send a completed pledge form to FACCs and then make
your donation monthly or quarterly using envelopes we'll send
to you. If you would like your donation to support a specific
program, you can designate the program on your pledge form.
